Preorder Policy

Pre-Order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item arrives with us.

Please kindly note, Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. However, if you wish to change your item to another item(s) which is in stock/arriving sooner, you may do so. Alternatively, a store credit will be issued for 1-year use on the online store.

The benefit of purchasing Pre-Order items is that you will secure the item you desire without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.

Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out completely via Pre-Order before they physically arrive in stock.

Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur. Mainly due to shipment held by customs & logistic constrain from suppliers to us.
Chaotic Factory is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to Pre-Order an item. So please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds and compensations for unexpected delays or cancellations. 

You will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre-Order.

Your order will only be shipped upon arrival of ALL the ordered Pre-Order item/s, usually as per the date suggested on the product page at time of order placement. 

Please contact us if you prefer to have the order split, additional postage charge applicable.

For your information, the advertised delivery date will be attached to the title of the product being purchased. This title/ name of the product will reflect on your order form which will advise us of the advertised delivery date at time of purchase.

In an event where the occasion item is not required due to any unforeseen circumstances either by yourself or Chaotic Factory, cancellation of the Pre-Order may be permitted and a store credit will be issued as per our online store policies.
