WHAT can be returned/refunded?
items damaged/lost in transits and when trackable postage was used for purchase.
DO NOT OPEN THE ITEM if the parcel arrived damaged, we will first contact the courier to claim compensation.
item can be either return for full refund; provided that it is return with the condition that you received it
partital refunded & you keep the item.
in the case of Change of Mind (COM), We are not legally required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind as per Consumer Law
But as a courtesy for our customers, COM return & cancellation is still accepected & refund will be given; minus the payment gateway fees (fees that is taken by payment processors; they do not refund the fees; these greedy bas***d); rate is based on the payment method used.

Also, if the points awarded on purchase were already used, the same value will be deducted from the refund, this is to prevent people from abusing the reward point system

Chaotic Factory reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an Order that it has previously accepted. Chaotic Factory may do this for example, but without limitation, where:
(a) Chaotic Factory’s suppliers are unable to supply Goods that they have previously promised to supply;
(b) an event beyond Chaotic Factory’s control, such as storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, means that Chaotic Factory is unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time;
(c) Goods ordered were subject to an error on the Website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the Order being accepted;
