Change of Mind returns/cancellation

For TCG Singles Cards (both in-stock and preorder items):

We want you to have the best experience with us, and we appreciate your support in the TCG (Trading Card Game) community. Please keep in mind that the TCG industry is dynamic, and card prices may fluctuate after the product's release. While all sales are generally considered final, we understand that preferences may change. If our policy doesn't quite match your needs, we kindly recommend exploring other vendors for your purchase.

For All Other Items:

We understand that sometimes minds can change, and we want to make your shopping experience as hassle-free as possible. Legally, we are not obligated to provide refunds or replacements due to a change of mind, as per Australian Consumer Law.

However, as a gesture of goodwill towards our valued customers, we do accept returns and cancellations in cases of a change of mind. Please note that for these returns, we deduct payment gateway fees (fees imposed by payment processors; they don't refund these fees) based on your chosen payment method:

  • Paypal: 3% + 30c
  • Zippay / Afterpay: 6.6% + 30c
  • Credit card: 3% + 30c

Alternatively, we can arrange a full store credit refund if that suits you better.

We'd also like to mention that if you earned reward points on your purchase and have already used them, the equivalent value will be deducted from your refund. This measure helps us ensure the fair use of our reward points system and prevent misuse.

Chaotic Factory reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an Order that it has previously accepted. Chaotic Factory may do this for example, but without limitation, where:

(a) Chaotic Factory’s suppliers are unable to supply Goods that they have previously promised to supply;

(b) an event beyond Chaotic Factory’s control, such as storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, means that Chaotic Factory is unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time;

(c) Goods ordered were subject to an error on the Website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the Order being accepted;
